Prof. Usha Rani R., is RN, RM, M.Sc (N) and working as Vice Principal & Head, Department of Community Health Nursing, Apex Trust Nursing College, Chunar, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The TN Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai, Master of Science in Nursing with specialization in Community Health Nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Bangalore. Currently pursuing Ph.D. in Nursing, from Maharishi Markandeswar University, Haryana and certification course for Professional Development Program in Digital Health for Nurses. Dr. Prof. Gopi S. S., is RN, RM, B.Sc (N), M.Sc (N), Ph.D (N), Principal & Head, Department of Child Health Nursing Apex Trust Nursing College, Chunar, Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Dr. Prof. Gopi S. S. is a dedicated nursing academician and administrator with more than 14 years of teaching experience and 3 years of clinical experience as a Staff Nurse. He is widely recognized for his commitment to excellence in nursing education, leadership, and research. Currently serving as the Principal and Head of the Department of Child Health Nursing, Prof. Gopi plays a key role in academic administration, faculty development, and student mentorship. His leadership reflects a strong vision for quality nursing education and professional advancement. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing with specialization in Child Health Nursing from The Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai and Ph.D. in Nursing, from shri JJT University, Rajasthan. Prof. (Dr.) Meno Shubhranshu Deep, Principal, Heritage Center for Nursing Excellence, Dhara, Jamalpur, Mirzapur 231305, completed GNM & OT Technique in 1995, PBBSc in 2007, M. Sc. Nursing in 2010, PhD in 2022, P. G. Diploma on Guidance & Counseling in 2023. He is a seasoned nursing leader with 27 years of experience, combining 10 years of clinical expertise with 15 years of academic leadership blending clinical expertise and academic leadership. He served in hospitals and nursing colleges situated in urban and rural areas as staff nurse, OT incharge, lecturer, Assistant Professor, Professor as well as Nursing Director. He published numerous articles and chapters in reputed journals and books. He is a Professional Membership of TNAI, NRSI & SOMI and awarded for Sate of Art Laboratory Facilities. Dr. Arun Singh Choudhary, is Ph.D. (Nursing) is currently serving as the Head of the Department of Community Health Nursing at Pushpanjali College of Nursing, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his Ph.D. in Nursing in 2023 and obtained his M.Sc. in Nursing in 2015. With more than 11 years of teaching experience, he has been actively engaged in academic and research activities. Dr. Choudhary has been closely associated with several universities as an External and Internal Examiner for UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs, and he is also an active member of various professional bodies. He plays a significant role in national-level faculty development as the Uttar Pradesh State In-charge (Faculty Wing) of the All India Registered Nurses Federation. Throughout his career, he has worked in diverse professional nursing settings as a teacher, guide, board member, trainer, and project coordinator. His research articles have been published in many reputed national and international journals.
