Dr. Ritanjali Swain is a distinguished Tutor cum Midwifery Educator at SMTI, SCB College of Nursing, Cuttack, Odisha. With over 11 years of clinical practice and 14 years of teaching experience, she has dedicated her career to advancing nursing education, midwifery training, and women’s health. Her academic journey spans premier institutions: GNM from V.S.S. MCH,Burla, Odisha, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from IGNOU,Kolkata, M.Sc. Nursing from MKCG College of Nursing,Berhampur,Odisha, Ph.D. in Nursing from Himalayan University, Arunachal Pradesh , Itanagar. She is also a Master Trainer in Midwifery Education, certified by the Government of India in collaboration with the Fernandez Foundation, Hyderabad.Beyond her professional excellence, Dr. Swain is a published authoress and poetess, contributing to magazines, newspapers,and literary forums. Her creative voice has been recognized with the Sahitya Samman Award (2024) by the GyanaprakashParivaar, alongside memberships in esteemed organizations such as Odisha Lekhika Sansada, Sambad Sahitya Ghara,Research India Foundation and NIFFA.
