MBA (HM), MA (DM), PhD (N), PGDCA, is working as a Senior Nursing Tutor, College of Nursing, Madras Medical College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Specializing ln Medical Surgical Nursing. She is deeply  committed to teaching, research, nursing education, management &  administration, and also interested doing research in all speciality areas . She has totally 31 years of experience in Nursing field. She holds a Diploma, B.Sc. M.Sc., and PhD in Nursing from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Dr. Vanaja  began her clinical career as a staff nurse at exteemed Institutions at SRIHER, OBG in Egmore, and RSRM Govt. Hospital at chennai  and started her teaching journey at the School of Nursing, Thanjavur Medical Hospital, She served in various academic leadership roles, including Tutor,coordinator, Vice- Principal, and Principal in reputed government nursing insitiutions.

M.Sc. (N), is currently serving as an Associate Professor at Swakar College of Nursing, Sarkaghat, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) with a specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing from the National College of Nursing, Barwala, Hisar, Haryana. With more than 9 years of extensive teaching experience, she has contributed significantly to nursing education and research. She has published research articles in reputed national and international journals. She has also attended and organized national-level workshops that enhanced both her academic and professional expertise. She has also served as a practical examiner for several universities and has been appointed as a paper setter and evaluator. In addition, she is a dedicated mentor to students, guiding them in academics, clinical practice, and research activities.

He is from Bareilly and have a strong interest in the field of nursing and healthcare education. He is working as an Assistant Professor at Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. He is engaged in academic research, exam preparation content, and professional writing. He is dedicated, hardworking, and always eager to learn new skills to enhance knowledge and contribute positively to field. He has many good publications and always a good teacher.
