Ms. Jyoti Kumari Malik is Nursing Tutor at the National Reference Simulation Center, SGT University, and currently pursuing PhD. Her academic and research interests are centered on simulation-based education, competency-based medical training, and standardized skill acquisition. She is actively involved in the design, implementation, and evaluation of simulation-driven educational programs. She is a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Provider. She serve as a Master Trainer for Training of Trainers (ToT) in simulation-based education. She also engaged in Skill Standardization and Simulation Training (SSST) initiatives aimed at improving clinical competence. Her research contributions include one granted patent reflecting innovation in healthcare education. She has published three research articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals. She actively participates in academic workshops, faculty development programs, and conferences for continuous knowledge updation. These engagements support the integration of current evidence and emerging methodologies into her work. Her scholarly activities emphasize patient safety, quality improvement, and educational effectiveness. She is committed to advancing healthcare education through research-driven and evidence-based simulation practices.
