Dr. Meena Rani, she is Ph.D. Nursing with M.Sc. Nursing (Psychiatric Nursing) and is presently working as Officiating Principal at Shri Baba Mastnath Nursing Institute, Baba Mastnath University, Asthal Bohar, Rohtak. She has 10 years of teaching and professional experience after M.Sc. Nursing. She has been actively involved in nursing education, academic administration, student mentoring, and research activities. Her area of specialization is Psychiatric Nursing, with keen interest in mental health promotion, nursing education, and evidence-based practice. She has contributed to academic and professional development through participation in seminars, workshops, conferences, and research publications. Her dedication reflects a strong commitment to excellence in nursing education and quality patient care.

Dr. Navdeep Singh

Dr. Navdeep Singh is a dedicated nursing academic and healthcare professional with a strong multidisciplinary background. He completed his B.Sc. Nursing from CIMS, Dehradun and M.Sc. Nursing in Medical-Surgical Nursing from Grantham College of Nursing, Gwalior. He further obtained an MBA in Hospital Administration from Swami Vivekanand University, Meerut, an LLB from Sri Venkateshwara University, a Master’s in Public Health, a Master’s in Yoga and Naturopathy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Maternal and Child Health Care, and an M.Phil. in Psychology,Phd, Masters in Hospital Administration, PGDCA and Tally Certified. Since 2014, he has been serving as Principal at Indus College of Nursing, Khanda Kheri, Hansi, Haryana, where he is committed to advancing quality nursing education and holistic healthcare practice. His diverse qualifications and long-standing leadership experience enrich his contributions as an author in the field of nursing and health sciences. Dr. V. Uma

Dr. V. Uma is an accomplished nursing academician and healthcare professional with 22 years of experience, including 6 years
of clinical practice and 16 years in teaching. She is currently serving as Associate Professor in Medical Surgical Nursing at theCollege of Nursing, Mother Theresa Postgraduate and Research Institute of Health Sciences (Govt. of Puducherry). She completed her DGNM in 2000, B.A. in Psychology in 2003, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing in 2005, PGDCCN in 2007, M.Sc.Nursing with Gold Medal in 2014, Ph.D. in Nursing in 2021, and M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology in 2022. Dr. Uma has received 25 awards and has published 5 patents, 3 books, 3 book chapters, and 40 research articles. She has also undergone 23 special training programs. Her academic contributions include organizing conferences and workshops, serving as a resource person in more than 40 programs, and participating in numerous national and international academic events. She is actively involved in academic and administrative responsibilities, including serving as a member of CENTAC, Puducherry, PG Admission Committee, and Cultural Committee at MTPG & RIHS. She has also contributed as a question paper setter, examiner, and inspection committee member for various universities and institutions across India, including Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research and The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.
