Dr. Seva Ram Saini

Dr. Seva Ram Saini is currently working as a Professor in Shrinath B.sc Nursing College, Rajsamand Rajasthan He has completed their Ph.D. From Malwanchal university Indore & Master’s degree in Nursing with specialization in Child Health Nursing from Baba Farid university of health sciences Punjab, and holds his Bachelor’s degree from Rajasthan university of health sciences Jaipur. He has an overall experience of 12 years in teaching as well as clinical practice, which has strengthened his academic and practical expertise. Their research interests focus on academic stress, coping strategies, and their impact on academic performance among nursing students. He has a strong inclination towards nursing education, research, and academic writing. He possesses sound knowledge of both clinical and theoretical nursing practices, with special expertise in gastroenterology and hepatology nursing. He has actively participated in various seminars, workshops, and academic activities for continuous professional development. He is committed to evidence-based practice and aims to enhance the quality of nursing education through effective teaching and scholarly contributions. His writing focuses on simplifying complex concepts for better understanding of students. Ms. Asha Sharma, currently working as Nursing tutor in Rufaida college of nursing, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, completed her under graduate and post graduate in obstetrics and gynaecology nursing from Rufaida College of Nursing, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. Having overall 5 years of experience. Two years of experience as Nurse Mentor Supervisor in AMANAT Care India Project, Bihar. Three years & seven months of experience in academics. Nursing in Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. Presently, she is also a Ph.D. Scholar and has been actively involved in nursing education, academic teaching, and research activities. She has participated in various academic and professional development programs, including Midwifery and Obstetrics Nursing Skill Training and Daksh Training. She also delivered an oral research presentation at the Global Nursing Congress and published a research paper in the HPPI Journal.
