Ph.D., M.Sc. (Paediatric Nursing), RN, RM, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing, College of Health & Sport Sciences, University of Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain. She has over 23 years of academic and research experience in undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs. She earned her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Paediatric Nursing from Dr. MGR Medical University, India, and completed her Ph.D. in Nursing at MG University in 2019.She has received several prestigious awards, including Outstanding Woman Researcher in Pediatric Nursing (2024).

Prof.N.B.Mahalakshmi, M.Sc (N), is a Professor of Pediatric Nursing at KMCH College of Nursing, Tamil Nadu, India. She holds a degree from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, and has over 22 years of teaching experience along with one year of clinical practice. She has presented 10 research papers at national and international conferences and published 5 papers in reputed journals. An accomplished educator, she has served as an External Examiner at Rajiv Gandhi University, Karnataka, and is a certified Trainer of Trainers (TOT) for the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Simulation Lab.
