Ms. C. Pearl Priyadharshini: She is B.Sc (N), M.Sc (N), MBA (HA), M.Phil, is a distinguished nursing professional with a profound passion for sharing knowledge and advancing the field of nursing. She has 12 years of experience in Medical–Surgical Nursing and is currently serving as the Head of the Department (HOD), Medical–Surgical Nursing, at Sri Venkateswaraa Nursing College, Sri Venkateswaraa University. She is the author of the Adult Health Nursing II textbook, has published five research papers in both indexed and non-indexed journals, and also a patent holder. She served as a resource person in the pre-summit workshop at the Tamil Nadu Health Skills Summit 2025 and has successfully organized and conducted numerous national and international workshops and conferences.

Ms. Divya Bharathi Jayaraman: She is RN, RM, M.Sc (N), MBA (HM), is a passionate and dedicated nursing faculty member at Sri Venkateswaraa Nursing College, affiliated with Sri Venkateswaraa University. She specializes in Medical–Surgical Nursing with a sub-specialty in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Nursing. She obtained her Master’s degree in Nursing from the College of Nursing, Madras Medical College—one of the premier institutes in India. Her clinical journey includes serving as an ICU In-charge and gaining valuable international exposure at Adhum General Hospital, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She has published several indexed and non-indexed research papers and holds design patents recognized by both the Indian Patent Office and the UK Patent Office. She has authored the textbooks “Forensic Nursing & Indian Law,” “Nursing Foundation II,” and “Infection Control Practices for Nurses.”

Ms. Samundeeswari Jothiprasath: She is M.Sc (N), is an Assistant Professor in the Medical–Surgical Nursing Department at Sri Venkateswaraa Nursing College, with 5 years of teaching experience. She has published four research articles in indexed and non-indexed journals and has authored the book “Adult Health Nursing II.” She has served as a Question Paper Setter, Practical Examiner for AHN I, and a Resource Person for a CNE program on “Understanding PCOS.” She also holds a patent for “Low-Cost Portable Ventilator: A Design to Enhance Respiratory Monitoring and Support.” Ms. Samundeeswari is a Kalam’s World Record holder for delivering a 7-hour continuous talk marathon on Women Empowerment. Dedicated to teaching, research, and innovation, she strives to inspire students and contribute meaningfully to the nursing profession.
