Adult Health Nursing–II is an important subject in the B.Sc Nursing IV Semester curriculum that focuses on the care of adults with medical and surgical conditions. This subject helps nursing students develop in-depth knowledge and clinical skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with various health problems. It also emphasizes holistic care, evidence-based practice, and professional responsibility. This assignment entitled “Adult Health Nursing–II” has been prepared by us as part of our academic requirements. The aim of this work is to enhance our understanding of disease conditions, diagnostic procedures, medical and surgical management, and nursing interventions related to adult health. Through this assignment, we have attempted to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application, which is essential for effective nursing practice.
