Child Health Nursing is a vital and specialized branch of nursing that focuses on the comprehensive care of infants, children, and adolescents. It emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, early identification of health problems, and appropriate management of childhood illnesses. This subject plays a significant role in preparing nursing professionals to understand and address the physical, psychological, social, and emotional needs of children at various stages of growth and development. This book has been prepared as part of the academic requirements of the B.Sc. Nursing VI Semester curriculum. The primary aim of this work is to present the principles and practices of Child Health Nursing in a clear, systematic, and comprehensive manner.
