Dr. Navdeep Singh is a dedicated nursing academic and healthcare professional with a strong multidisciplinary background. He completed his B.Sc. Nursing from CIMS, Dehradun and M.Sc. He further obtained an MBA in Hospital Administration from Swami Vivekanand University, Meerut, an LLB from Sri Venkateshwara University, a master’s in public health, a master’s in yoga and naturopathy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Maternal and Child Health Care, and an M.Phil. in Psychology,Phd, Masters in Hospital Administration, PGDCA and Tally Certified. Since 2014, he has been serving as Principal at Indus College of Nursing, Khanda Kheri, Hansi, Haryana, where he is committed to advancing quality nursing education and holistic healthcare practice. Dr. Ritanjali Swain is a distinguished Tutor cum Midwifery Educator at SMTI, SCB College of Nursing, Cuttack, Odisha. With over 11 years of clinical practice and 14 years of teaching experience, she has dedicated her career to advancing nursing education, midwifery training, and women’s health. Her academic journey spans premier institutions: GNM from V.S.S. MCH, Burla,Odisha, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from IGNOU,Kolkata, M.Sc. Nursing from MKCG College of Nursing, Berhampur,Odisha, Ph.D. in Nursing from Himalayan University, Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar. She is also a Master Trainer in Midwifery Education, certified by the Government of India in collaboration with the Fernandez Foundation, Hyderabad. Beyond her professional excellence, Dr. Swain is a published authoress and poetess, contributing to magazines, newspapers, and literary forums. Her creative voice has been recognized with the Sahitya Samman Award (2024) by the Gyanaprakash Parivaar, alongside memberships in esteemed organizations such as Odisha Lekhika Sansada, Sambad Sahitya Ghara, Research India Foundation and NIFFA. Ms. Anshu is a dedicated and passionate nursing professional. She completed her B.Sc. Nursing from Indus College of Nursing Haryana and Masters in Hospital Administration from NIILM university Haryana. She is known for her excellence inclinical skills, especially in Medical-Surgical Nursing and Child Health Nursing. Her approach emphasizes patient-centered care and evidence-based practice. Prof. Shilpa J, Vice Principal and Pediatric Nursing Expert, is an accomplished academician with over 15 years of teaching experience in nursing education. Holding an M.Sc. in Pediatric Nursing, she is a dedicated educator and mentor committed to shaping competent healthcare professionals. She has served as a student counsellor for 12 years and has extensive involvement with the Student Nurses’ Association of India (SNAI) as an Advisor. Currently serving as Professor & Vice Principal, at School of Nursing, ARKA JAIN University, she has been effectively managing academic and administrative responsibilities. She is the recipient of the * Emerging Clinical Nursing Expert Award (2026 ) and Best Academician Award (2024). Prof. Shilpa has actively contributed to research, earning the GINRA Scholarly Article Award (2026) , and has published multiple articles on holistic health, diabetes care, and emotional well-being. She has authored two textbooks and served as a paper setter and external examiner for reputed universities including RGUHS and Manipal University. She is also a recognized Resource Person, delivering sessions on happiness, wellness, and nursing care at national platforms. Her innovative research on Dance Movement Therapy for children with ADHD received both national and international recognition. An internationally certified Yoga, Zumba, and Aerobics instructor, she integrates holistic therapies into healthcare education. Mrs. Masraj Vimal Anandrao, Assistant Professor is a dedicated and passionate nursing professional. MSC in child health nursing currently working as assistant professor in T. M.A.E college of nursing Hospet (Karnataka). She started her journey in 2007. Completed diploma in nursing from K.L.S school of nursing Hospet Karnataka.
