Ms. Ancy M. Das, is an accomplished nursing academician, clinician, and trainer with over 12 years of combined clinical, teaching, and training experience in premier healthcare and academic institutions across India. She currently serves as an Associate Professor at Vydehi Institute of Nursing Sciences & Research Centre, Bengaluru, where she is actively engaged in undergraduate and postgraduate nursing education, simulation-based skill training, curriculum implementation, and academic mentoring. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kerala University (2006–2010) and her Master of Science in Nursing in Medical Surgical Nursing (CTVS Nursing) from the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry (2013–2015), graduating with distinction. Her postgraduate training and clinical exposure have provided her with a strong foundation in critical care, cardiovascular nursing, and evidence-based clinical practice. Ms. Das has worked in renowned national institutions including Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai, and Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) hospitals in Mumbai and Pune, gaining extensive experience in tertiary care settings, oncology, emergency care, and high-acuity clinical environments. She is a Certified Emergency Nursing Life Support (ENLS) Senior Trainer under the RGUHS–JEEVARAKSHA program, and has conducted and organised over 40 ENLS training batches, contributing significantly to large-scale capacity building of nurses in emergency recognition, early intervention, and life-saving nursing practices.
