Dr. Shikha Shrivastava completed her graduation from College of Nursing CHRI, Gwalior, Jivaji University and post graduation in Nursing from Jabalpur institute of nursing Science and Research Center, RDVV University Jabalpur, Madhya Pardesh, she completed her PhD from Tantia University Rajasthan. She has 24 years of working experience in various nursing institutions. Currently she is working as a Principal, in IES College of Nursing, under IES University Bhopal, MP. She is a lifetime membership of TNAI. She is a BOS Member in Govt & private university. She has Written two books on Burn Management,and nursing research and statistics for nursing students. She has published many Research papers and Articles in Various journals. She is a external examiner and guide at various Universities. She trained trainer for faculty development programmes and counselor. She has organized many National and International conference, workshop/seminar and webinars related to nursing profession and has participated as resource person in many national and international conference, workshop/seminar and webinars.

He completed BSc (N) and MSc (N) degree from KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Currently Pursuing PhD Nursing. He began his Career after his Masters degree as a tutor in  International Institute of Nursing (IINR), Kalyani after that he Joined as Assistant Professor in Minerva College of Nursing West Bengal and Hind College of Nursing, Barabanki, Currently he is Serving as  a Tutor in Medical-Surgical Nursing at Government Nursing College, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh after Government Nursing College Uttar Pradesh with a passion for teaching, he has been actively involved in guiding  BSc & M.Sc. Nursing students in clinical practice, research, and professional development. His academic work reflects a commitment to advancing nursing education through clarity, competence, and compassion with a focus on promoting evidence-based practice and professional excellence, he has contributed significantly to postgraduate nursing education and curriculum development.

Dr. Geethavani

Dr. Geethavani G holds a Ph.D. in Nursing (Medical-Surgical Nursing) from Malwanchal University and an M.Sc. in Nursing (Medical-Surgical Nursing) from Narayana College of Nursing. With over 10 years of teaching experience, she has significantly contributed to the field of Nursing education. She has authored books published by Vijayam Publications and has NTR University appointed her as B.Sc. Nursing Theory and Practical Examiner Duty and University Observer for BPT Theory Examinations.Dr. Geethavani has published several research articles in reputed international journals, including the European Journal of Cardiovascular Medicine and the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research. Currently, she is working as an Associate Professor at Sree Vidyanikethan College of Nursing, Mohan Babu University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
