Ms. Monika, Vice Principal at Pyare Lal College of Nursing, VPO Bhambhewa, Jhajjar, Haryana. She formerly worked as Associate Professor in SBMN Nursing Institute of Baba Mastnath University, Asthal Bohar, Rohtak, Haryana. She completed her BSc Nursing in 2009 and MSc. Nursing in the area of Medical Surgical Nursing specialisation in 2013 from College of Nursing, Pt BDS PGIMS Rohtak. She is currently persuing Ph.D from SGT University, Gurugram. She remained committed to enhance her knowledge and professional skills. She continued to strive for excellence in the field of Nursing education and research. She has more than 12 years of teaching experience from reputed nursing institutions. She is actively engaged in educational research, curriculum design and administration. She guided the undergraduate students in research projects and evidence-based practices. She has published many research papers in national and international journals. She has actively contributed to nursing education by conducting and coordinating various workshops, seminars, conferences at state and national levels. She is committed to innovative educational practices and professional learning.

Ms. Antim, she is an Associate Professor in Medical-Surgical Nursing at Shakuntla College of Nursing, the author has over five
years of teaching experience along with one year of clinical instruction. Holding a Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing
from SGT University, she is actively engaged in academic and research activities, with 5–6 research papers published in reputed
journals. The author has attended several workshops related to their specialty and holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Specializing in pediatric care, she earned her M.Sc. in Child Health Nursing from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. Currently, she is further elevating her expertise by pursuing her Ph.D. in Nursing from Mangalayatan University. Beyond her teaching responsibilities. Ms. Sonali Sharma is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Mahatam Gandhi Nursing College MGUMST, and is pursuing her PhD in Nursing from Jaipur National University, Jaipur. She has completed her Master’s degree in Nursing with specialization in Gastroenterology from Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, New Delhi and holds her Bachelor’s degree from AIIMS, Jodhpur. She has an overall experience of 4.5 years in teaching as well as clinical practice, which has strengthened her academic and practical expertise. Currently she is pursuing Ph.D Nursing. Her research interests focus on academic stress, coping strategies, and their impact on academic performance among nursing students. She has a strong inclination towards nursing education, research, and academic writing. She possesses sound knowledge of both clinical and theoretical nursing practices, with special expertise in gastroenterology and hepatology nursing.
